Construction of a Level 1 – Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) upgrade including improvements to the Aeration System, addition of baffle walls and mixers, construction of a new froth control system, rehabilitation of existing effluent spray water system, and extension of a spray water system to serve new Waste Activated Sludge (WAS) wet wells.
