Garvies PointWaterfront Redevelopment (Phase II)
Constructed new $6.1 million pump station to support RXR Development’s new smart growth, mixed-use community initiative, with over 1,100 new LEED-certified residential units and 75,000 feet of commercial and retail space located on Hempstead Harbor in Glen Cove, Long Island. The pump station is connected to the existing sewer system and is supported by the Glen Cove Wastewater Treatment Plant.
